
LightHouse provides new or readmitted students Internet access to online information. A new student, for the purpose of using LightHouse, is defined as a person who has completed an application for admission to the University of West Florida. The creation and use of a PIN and your Social Security Number are required to gain access to the LightHouse system.
You can access Lighthouse at: http://lighthouse.uwf.edu
To log in, enter your UWF ID. If you have never logged into LightHouse before, enter your birth month and date (4 digits) as your PIN (mmdd).
If you don't know your UWF ID, click on the alternative login method; this will ask for your last name, your birthdate, and the last 4 of your SSN.
Example: if your birthday is February 6, enter 0206 as your PIN -- you must use leading zeroes.
You will then be asked to create a new PIN to establish your account.

To protect personal information, users should exit the LightHouse system by clicking the "Log Out" icon at the top of the page.
Twenty-four hours after your first courseregistration, students should log on to ARGUS and Activate their Argus account by:
