Thank you for your interest in PDA Mobile Learning at the University of West Florida. We hope to facilitate your completion of either the TSS or HPT certificate utilizing the mobile technology of a PDA.
As your dedicated advisor to this new program I would like to introduce myself. My name is Marc Churchwell; I am the guy that will be assisting you in enrolling here at the University of West Florida and ultimately registering for the classes you choose. I joined the Navy in 1976 and retired in 2004 as a Master Chief Petty Officer. I served tours as Chief of the Boat and Command Master Chief. Now I am continuing to serve as your advisor in this new innovative PDA Mobile Distance Learning program. I have taken college classes underway onboard submarines and I understand what it takes to manage the hours in the days to successfully complete a class. I am here to help those of you who choose to take one of these courses to succeed with this particular certificate program and continue on into a degree program.

For non-Florida residents, the TSS certificate program is eligible for the out-state-fee waiver which will substantially reduce the tuition costs from out of state rates.
