To apply for admission to any online undergraduate or graduate program, please complete the steps below. If applying for an online certificate or just want to complete a few online courses at UWF, begin by completing the Non-Degree Seeking Student Documentation (See Important Note information below).

Step 1: Complete and submit the appropriate online application form by the deadlines below:

• All application forms
• Freshman information
• Transfer information
• Graduate information

Deadlines: You must submit your application and all supporting documentation for program admission by the following dates:

• June 30th - admission to program for Fall semester
• November 1st - admission to program for Spring semester
• April 1st - admission to program for Summer semester

• You will want to complete the Non-Degree Seeking Student Documentation if any of the following apply:
  
  • The formal application due date (above) has passed and you would still like to begin courses while your formal application is being processed
  • You are applying for an online certificate
  • You want to complete a few online courses at UWF
• Once the non-degree student documentation is processed (approximately 48 hours), you will be able to logon to your student LightHouse account to verify your admission status and begin the non-degree student registration process
  
  • For help accessing your LightHouse account, please contact the Help Desk at: helpdesk@uwf.edu or (850) 474-2075
    
• Any course completed (within your applied for program) as a non-degree student can later be applied toward your degree program requirements once you are admitted

Step 2: Complete and submit the Online Student Supplemental Application

Step 3: Once admitted to your online program, you are ready to contact the appropriate academic department for program advising.

Step 4: When advising has been completed you are ready to register for coursework using your online student LightHouse account
