Along those lines, the UWF Online Campus has a dedicated Student Coordinator to assist current and prospective students with any issues associated with online courses and programs.

As your dedicated coordinator, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Sharon Cobb. After retiring from nursing & following my husband in the Air Force for 20 years, I returned to work at UWF.  You see, I was here when the University first opened 40 years ago. Since my return, I have worked in the Office of the Registrar, UWF Grants, and the College of Education (now College of Professional Studies). Finally, I have worked with the UWF Online Campus assisting students since its inception in 2004. Helping students, staff, and faculty is what I love to do!

I am delighted to serve as the Student Coordinator for UWF’s Online Campus and stand ready to assist you with program information, the application process, and registering for courses. Don’t forget UWF makes it easy and affordable for our online students to continue their college programs wherever they may live. The UWF out-of-state fee waiver covers the out-of-state portion of assessed tuition and fees for students enrolled in our fully online programs or certificates. This waiver makes tuition and fees only slightly higher than Florida resident tuition even though you may live outside the state.
