As you go through the semester, there are many important dates of which to be aware. These are all listed on the UWF academic calendar which can also be found on My Campus tab in Argus. Be sure and check the calendar if you are taking B, C, or E-Term course and get into the habit of checking the calendar to make sure you don't miss important deadlines like:

• Last day to pay fees without late penalty
• Last day to Drop/Add a course
• Late registration (with $50 late registration fee)  
• Withdrawal from all courses with partial refund
• Withdrawal from an individual course or all courses with a "W"
• Withdrawal from all courses with a "W" or "WF" grade at instructor's discretion
• VA deferred payments due

Note: Withdrawals are NOT automatic; you must submit a Withdrawal Request, available in the Personal Student Records Access channel on the My Info tab.

Course evaluations

Near the end of the semester, you will see a System Notice at the top of your eLearning course(s) that a state required Student Assessment of Instruction (SAI) is available. You can access this course evaluation through the “Student Assessment of Instruction (SAI)” link in the System Notice box on your eLearning course homepage or you can find it in the Personal Student Records Access channel on the My Info tab in Argus. This assessment is totally confidential and used by the University to help ensure the quality of instruction we offer our students. Please take a few minutes to answer this survey and help UWF meet its promise of excellence.

You may also be asked to participate in one or two formative evaluations of the course design and materials. These evaluations are designed to help improve the quality of the course content and do not address how the course was taught. Again, your participation in these evaluations will help us offer high quality courses.
